We ship using methods tested to assure that the beef will arive at your location in a good condition. If you feel there is a problem due to shipping please contact us immidately via phone. 660-388-6241 within 10 days from the date of purchase and we will arrange to replace it, refund your money or credit you for future purchases with the following limitations

  • Please note that all credit card refunds will be placed on the card used for the original purchase.
  • Please allow 3 weeks from the day you return your package for your account to be credited (meat normally does not have to be returned).
  • Allow 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.
